About NEXUS Design Studio
Collaboration and Innovation
NEXUS Design Studio specializes in developing uniform solutions that bridge the gap between advanced technology and human-centered design. We pride ourselves on a collaborative approach, working alongside leading universities and research institutes on international research initiatives. A key initiative is our participation in the EWUU-funded Enhancing Equity for Active Living through Digital Tools (EQUAL) project, where we collaborate with the Institute 4 Preventive Health (TU/e, WUR, and UU). In this role, NEXUS supports the architectural scaling of digital participation tools—such as VR, AR and AI—to empower marginalized groups and promote equity in active living. Our focus remains on transforming complex research into innovative, practical applications that address real-world challenges.
